Our embodiment coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress or a medical emergency, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Coaching is a collaborative, exploratory process. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we are committed to showing up fully and holding a supportive, confidential space for your growth.

Before your first session, you’ll be required to review and sign a Coaching Agreement and Indemnity Waiver. This outlines mutual expectations, confidentiality, and consent. Coaching cannot proceed without this agreement being signed and returned.

By signing, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your health, choices, and wellbeing throughout the coaching process.

Coaching sessions are held online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

All coaching sessions, courses, and digital products are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out, I value open and respectful communication.
